The Hummingbird
Currently our most compact model, meant to fit even on the narrowest lots, while still providing a very livable 456 ft² of studio suite or office space. Amazing natural light along the full length of the space with easy access to the outdoor patio. A zero-threshold entry is great for anyone with mobility issues, and the full-length patio can be enclosed to create a full 4-season space.
The Chickadee
This is our 656 ft² two-bedroom ground floor suite with a full kitchen and 3-piece bathroom. A zero-threshold entry is great for anyone with mobility issues, and the large patio can be enclosed to create a full 4-season space. This model is designed to fit on most 40'-wide urban lots.
The Sparrow
The Sparrow was the first model that we designed, and serving as a Carriage House is its primary goal. With an almost identical 656 ft² floor plan as the Chickadee, in addition to the large 4-season balcony, this model includes a full 812 ft² garage below which has ample space for two vehicles and a lot of storage. This model is also fantastic as a cottage getaway on a recreational property, you can safely store all of your 'toys' when you're not there!
All of our models use a special shallow foundation and heated slab-on-grade, so the only digging that's required is for your utilities!
